Purpose
Advocacy is one of the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce’s strategic priorities: to maintain a leadership position in the Great Lakes Bay Region as an advocate for pro-business policies. The Advocacy Committee plays a vital role in advancing this mission by serving as the collective voice of our membership on public policy issues that impact the business community.The committee monitors local, state, and federal legislation, educates members on key issues, and engages with elected officials to ensure business interests are represented in the policymaking process.

Have you always wanted to finish up the degree you started years ago? Now is the time. Sometimes life gets in the way of a dream. But it's never too late and now more affordable than ever, thanks to Michigan's Reconnect program. If you are 25 years or older and don't have a college degree you may be eligible to attend Delta College tuition-free.In this session, you will learn how to apply, if you’re eligible, course scheduling flexibility, if you can receive credit for your work and military experience, and what resources are available to help you succeed!
