THE CRITERIA
All nominees must be graduates of the Leadership Bay County program.
Nominations must include evidence of the nominee’s:
- actual leadership efforts and accomplishments that help strengthen and transform our community,

- comprehensive knowledge of the community,
|
- active assistance to others in identifying and developing their leadership potential,
|
- genuine and generous commitment to a successful and sustainable future for our
community,
|
- appreciation for diversity in people and ideas, and
|
- vision or visionary skills.
