Referrals: Shop Chamber Members First!
Chamber Website: Members have a free listing on the Chamber website so that potential customers can get contact information about your business through a friendly search engine that provides information based on company name or category. Includes a free link to your email and website.

Phone Referrals: The Chamber fields hundreds of calls and visits each year from those seeking information on Bay County. Our staff always refers a potential customer to a member unless no member can provide the desired product or service.

Event/Program Sponsorships:
Only members of the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce are provided opportunities to sponsor Chamber events and programs to promote their products and services. In addition to Premier Sponsorships, the Chamber offers sponsorships for specific programs, such as the Eye Opener Breakfast, Annual Meeting, State Capitol Visit, etc.

Advertising: Chamber publications are distributed throughout the Bay Area and beyond — to members as well as local legislators, potential residents, and other key people in our community. Only Chamber members can take advantage of promoting their businesses by advertising in Chamber publications.

Bay Area Business Journal: The Chamber publishes a monthly newsletter promoting members and highlighting Chamber activities. The Journal is published as a supplement in The Bay City Times and reaches over 87,000 area readers.

Events Notice: Place a business card size announcement in the monthly Events Notice. The cost is $75 per announcement, per month. That’s a small price to pay for the advertising you’ll receive. The Events Notice is mailed to over 1,500 Bay Area business leaders.

Bay County Map: A full color map of Bay City and Bay County is published periodically, providing advertising opportunities for Chamber members.

Bay County Community Profile: This publication provides a community overview, highlighting areas such as education, government, health care, agriculture, arts & culture, recreation, and more.

Chamber Business Directory: Published annually, the Business Directory lists current Chamber members (at time of publication) and key contacts. Directories are distributed to Chamber members annually and are available to nonmembers for a fee. Approximately 3,000 are distributed each year.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies: Ceremonies are conducted for newly opened or newly relocated businesses to welcome them to the community.

Brick Award: The Brick Award is given by the Chamber Ambassador Club to recognize the contribution a business makes to the community when it expands, renovates, or otherwise improves its facility. The award is presented at an Eye Opener Breakfast and an article is published in the Bay Area Business Journal.

Mailing Lists: Purchase a Chamber member mailing list or labels of to use in your direct mail marketing efforts.
