Manufacturers Tours
These tours provide Chamber members with an opportunity to see the “inside workings” of local businesses. With a limit on attendees, participants have a close up view of the workplace and a chance to talk with key organizational leaders. Whether focused on human resources, production, environment, or another topic, these tours showcase the best of what’s happening in Bay County. Facilities toured to date include: GM Powertrain, S.C. Johnson & Son, Consumers Energy-Karn Weadock, and Dow Corning Corporation.

What They Are Saying

“The response to the small business seminars has been terrific. The topics of surviving the current economic environment, human resource management, and the new tax laws have been very timely. The Chamber membership is now telling us by survey what topics they would like to see covered in 2008.”
