Greve Email: christinegreve@delta.edu Phone: 989.758.3627 Venture Start – Starting a Business MARLETTE, MI – The Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center Great Lakes Bay is pleased to offer a Venture Start – Starting a Business seminar at ThumbWorks! at 3270 Wilson in Marlette on February 11, 2013, from 1 to 4:00 p.m. This seminar, formerly titled Fundamentals of Starting a Business, is designed for individuals who are considering self-employment and those who may be at the beginning stages of starting a business. Delivered in a workshop format, this introductory session helps aspiring entrepreneurs assess their abilities to lead and manage a company, as well as evaluate market and sales potential for their products/services. Start-up costs, financing options, and business planning are introduced, along with other necessary steps to getting started.
