DESCRIPTION:(Midland\, MI)   Whether you're looking for friendly competition or just a stroll with friends\; we have a race for you at the regional favorite Dow RunWalk on Saturday\, June 1! Register for the Half Marathon\, 10K Run\, 5K Run\, 5K Walk or 1 Mile Run. Bring your whole family for a full morning of fun and let the little ones tackle the Tot Trot course! Custom 2019 logoed finishers medals for all Half Marathon\, 10K Run\, 5K Run and 5K Walk participants! Don't forget you get the 2019 Dow RunWalk shirt with this year's logo that was designed by Megan Duly\, a 2018 graduate of Dow High School! Race day will kick off at 7:30 AM with the Half Marathon\, followed by the 5K Run at 7:50 AM\, 10K Run at 8:00 AM\, 5K Walk 8:30 AM and 1 Mile Run at 9:45 AM. The Tot Trot will run continuously from 9:00 10:30 AM by age group. The Tot Trot is for ages 3-5. Streets on the race course will be closed starting at 7:20 AM and will reopen no later than 11:30 AM. Stick around for the RunWalk Fair and post-race activities. Your whole family is sure to enjoy! Register online or at the Community Center through Thursday\, May 30. Starting Friday\, May 31 registration is available at the Dow RunWalk Expo/Packet Pick-Up (4:00-7:00 PM) and race morning Saturday\, June 1 (6:45 AM) in the Curling Center. Your registration helps Greater Midland increase access to physical activity\, help fight childhood obesity and improve our community's health throughout the year.
