During this panel presentation\, representatives from five of the Stevens Center for Family Business Sponsor Firms will provide a comprehensive overview of what business valuation is all about\, especially as pertains to family-owned enterprises. They will discuss the topic from a variety of perspectives\, and include information on the purpose of a valuation\; why one should be done\; the documents and data that are evaluated\; how to evaluate a potential appraiser\; and many more considerations that go into the valuation process.
