Join us at the 2026 Spring Parade of Homes Brought to you by Marvin Design Gallery by Laurence Smith Window and Door.
Parade of Homes is the ultimate open house tour to come inside and explore the recently completed custom homes and remodels from our builder members.
The Parade is May 9-10, 13, 16-17
Weekend Hours are 1pm-5pm
Weekday Hours 5pm-8pm
The parade shows off homes in Bay, Midland and Saginaw counties, in person and/or virtually.
There is no right or wrong way to follow the parade route.
