    Full Job Description

    • Minimum 2 years as a service manager at an automotive dealership or service center

    Automotive Service Manager Responsibilities:

    • Answering technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
    • Overseeing service orders.
    • Maintaining Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
    • Ordering parts and tools as necessary.
    • Overseeing administration of warranty claims.
    • Overseeing training, scheduling, and supervising of service department employees.
    • Encouraging compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Maintaining good working relationship with manufacturer(s).

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $50,000.00 per year
