    Job Description:
    As an Account Executive at ClickShark, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company by selling our comprehensive suite of digital marketing services, including website development, digital ad campaigns, SEO services, and social media management. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail.
    Key Responsibilities:
    · Sales and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, emailing, and visiting potential clients. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
    · Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to help them achieve their digital marketing goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring their needs are met.
    · Meetings and Presentations:
    Arrange and attend meetings with clients, including regular check-ins and monthly reporting, to ensure excellent customer service and provide updates on their digital marketing efforts.
    Organize and recruit participants for webinars focused on teaching businesses how to leverage digital marketing internally. Utilize online platforms to attract and engage potential attendees.
    Must have knowledge of a CRM system to manage client interactions and data efficiently.
    · Market Research and Industry Knowledge: Stay informed on digital marketing trends, conducting market research and analysis to provide clients with the latest industry insights. Attend local chamber meetings, networking events, and industry conferences as needed.
    · Contract Negotiation and Management:
    Negotiate advertising contracts, collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies, and manage the sign-on process with clients, ensuring all agreements are clearly communicated and documented.
    Track all contracts, ensuring that the work delivered each month aligns with what is outlined in the contract and is accurately reflected in invoices and monthly reports.
    Preferred Skills (Not Required):
    · Experience managing social media marketing campaigns
    · Familiarity with digital marketing analytics
    · Ability to monitor and analyze KPIs for various clients
    Requirements:
    · Reside in Saginaw, Midland, or Bay City, Michigan
    · Ability to attend local chamber meetings and networking events
    · Willingness to work a hybrid schedule (in-office and remote)
