    Openings Available for July 29 Blood Drive in Midland
     
    MIDLAND, Mich. – Openings are still available for a blood drive to be held this Wednesday, July 29, on the campus of MidMichigan Medical Center – Midland. In partnership with Versiti Blood Center of Michigan, the drive will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Those donating are to enter the MRI Building Lobby, (old Orchard Building), on the campus of MidMichigan Medical Center – Midland.
     
    Donating blood takes about an hour. Anyone age 17 or older in good health who meets eligibility requirements is encouraged to give. Parental consent is required for donors age 16 to give. Donors should bring a photo ID that includes their birth date. Donors will be required to wear a mask. Versiti has several additional safety measures in place.
