PartnerShift Network Announces Leadership Transition: Executive Director Samantha
Jones Steps Down, Rachelle Hilliker Named Interim Executive Director
Saginaw, MI – 9/9/2024 – PartnerShift Network, a leading organization dedicated to driving
workforce solutions through community partnerships, today announced that Samantha "Samm"
Jones, Executive Director, will be stepping down from her role, effective September 25, 2024.
Rachelle Hilliker, who has served as the organization’s Program Manager, has been appointed
Interim Executive Director.
Samantha Jones has been with PartnerShift Network for nearly four years, during which time
she has led the organization through significant growth and development. Her tenure has been
marked by a strong commitment to lifting up our working families, and she leaves behind a
legacy of innovation and impact.
"I am deeply proud of the work we have accomplished together at PartnerShift Network," said
Jones. "This organization is poised for continued success, and I am confident that Rachelle will
provide the leadership needed to guide it through this transition."
Rachelle Hilliker brings extensive experience and a deep understanding of the organization’s
mission and goals. Her appointment as Interim Executive Director reflects the board’s
confidence in her ability to maintain momentum and ensure the organization’s continued
success.
