    Volunteering with the Bay Area Chamber of Commerce is easy! The Chamber’s work is divided into four areas of action represented by divisions. Numerous volunteer opportunities exist for interested Chamber members within these divisions.
     

    CHAMBER DIVISION PROFILES & VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES:

    Business Assistance & Activities Division
    Provides networking opportunities and business development activities for member businesses. Committees include planning for events, such as the Golf Outing and a wide variety of education and training programs.

    Membership Development Division
    Responsible for the continued growth and well-being of the Chamber membership, cost-saving benefit programs, volunteer network, and communications activities. This includes the Communications Committee and working with the Ambassadors. Short term opportunities for volunteers to assist with membership.

    Public Affairs Division
    Works to ensure a positive governmental policy, political, and legislative climate for business growth and development; also focuses on community/economic development and provides leadership training opportunities. Committees include Community/Economic Development and Government Action.

    Education & Workforce Development Division
    Organized to support workforce development and business education programs in the community. This Division includes the Business & Education Partnership Committe and Short term opportunities for volunteers to assist with leadership programming.
