This session will include general information about the employment provisions in Title I and reasonable accommodations. Great for new managers, HR professionals, and anyone engaged in hiring, recruiting, or supervising teams.

So you think you know the ADA? • 1:30–3:30 pm
Test your knowledge during this quiz-style session about ADA basics, scope of application, and serving customers with disabilities. This can serve as a refresher for seasoned staff or as an interactive way to learn more about all that the ADA covers.
Terri Robbins is the Community Services Director at Disability Network Mid-Michigan. She is a certified ADA Coordinator through ACTCP from the University of Missouri, a member of the national ADA Trainer/Leadership Network with support from the Great Lakes ADA Center.
