KJ fitness is a home fitness studio based in Bay City. Kelly Jeffery, an American Council on Exercise certified trainer, has been running fitness classes for 13 years. She teaches classes for all fitness levels and where all modifications are needed. If you are looking for a high energy work out involving weights and cardio, KJ fitness is for you.
