Parade of Homes is the ultimate tour of open houses, featuring the homes built by builder members of your Home Bulders Association of Great Lakes Bay Region.

Come Curious, Leave Inspired, and Meet the skilled people who built it!

The Parade features homes in Midland, Saginaw, and Bay counties

Oct 4-5, 8, 11-12.

Sat/Sun 1pm-5pm

Wed 5pm-8pm.

Take the afternoon to check them all out or check them out between errands. There is no wrong way to go thru the Parade. Many of the builders are on site to answer questions about the home your viewing- if your in the market for a new home, want to check out the newest trends, or have curiousity to check out highend homes, then come check us out.
