Forest Therapy Golf Cart Tour: Gifts of Summer - Register Today!

Connect with nature through a gentle and mindful guided golf cart ride. Forest Therapy is inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin Yoku, or Forest Bathing, meaning “taking in the forest atmosphere.” Through a series of guided experiences, you will be invited to deepen your relationship with nature using your senses and mindful exploration. The experience concludes with tea. Preregistration is required for this free program. This program is especially designed for those with limited mobility. Meet at the Visitor Center.
