Riverside Art Festival
The YWCA Riverside Art Festival draws thousands of people from around the Great Lakes Bay Region with beautiful artistry. Artists will be located on Downtown Bay City Streets, along the Saginaw Riverfront. In 2021, we are taking a less is more approach. We will be highly selective in the jury process to focus on original works to provide the public with a quality show featuring talented artists.
