During this panel presentation, representatives from five of the Stevens Center for Family Business Sponsor Firms will provide a comprehensive overview of what business valuation is all about, especially as pertains to family-owned enterprises. They will discuss the topic from a variety of perspectives, and include information on the purpose of a valuation; why one should be done; the documents and data that are evaluated; how to evaluate a potential appraiser; and many more considerations that go into the valuation process.
