Walk Midland

Midland Parks and Recreation, in partnership with MyMichigan Health, Chippewa Nature Center, Greater Midland Community Center, Greater Midland Corporate Wellness, Little Forks Conservancy and Northwood University will host 9 walking locations throughout the week! Drawings will be held at each walk for prizes. For each walk, participants will be registered for a grand prize package.

Come Get Fit for Free! | All ages, under 18 w/adult

The Walk Midland program encourages participants to walk an approximately 2-mile walking route. Participants fill out a brief registration form at the start of each walk.

Mondays 6:00 PM - City Forest
Tuesdays 12:00 PM - Northwood University
Tuesdays 12:00 PM- Midland Area Community Center
Tuesdays 6:00 PM - Stratford Woods
Wednesdays 12:00 PM - Averill Preserve
Wednesdays 6:00 PM - Chippewa Nature Center
Thursdays 12:00 PM - MyMichigan Health
Fridays 8:00 AM - East End Building
Sundays 6:00 PM - Tridge Trailhead
