    RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS:
     
    • Serve as the primary contact for clients and respond to their needs in a timely fashion
    • Oversee design process to meet the client’s needs
    • Create accurate cost estimates
    • Secure materials, services and subcontactors necessary for efficient project implementation
    • Manage crews to complete projects timely and efficiently
    • Use Bay Landscaping inventory exclusively and purchase other materials only as absolutely necessary
    • Maximize profit by generating add on sales i.e. lighting, maintenance etc. whenever possible
    • Actively manage your project’s accounts receivable and warrantee work
    • Manage client relationships to encourage repeat sales
    • Stay on top of and implement/use new technology, new developments and products
    • Mentor and share your knowledge with piers
    • Be flexible with changing business conditions and requirements as a member of the management team
    • Associates degree/higher preferable
    • Experience preferred
    • Must be able to drive & be insured
    • Physically able to lay out jobs
    • Have good organizational skills
