RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and respond to their needs in a timely fashion
- Oversee design process to meet the client’s needs
- Create accurate cost estimates
- Secure materials, services and subcontactors necessary for efficient project implementation
- Manage crews to complete projects timely and efficiently
- Use Bay Landscaping inventory exclusively and purchase other materials only as absolutely necessary
- Maximize profit by generating add on sales i.e. lighting, maintenance etc. whenever possible
- Actively manage your project’s accounts receivable and warrantee work
- Manage client relationships to encourage repeat sales
- Stay on top of and implement/use new technology, new developments and products
- Mentor and share your knowledge with piers
- Be flexible with changing business conditions and requirements as a member of the management team
- Associates degree/higher preferable
- Experience preferred
- Must be able to drive & be insured
- Physically able to lay out jobs
- Have good organizational skills
