About Us
The Jefferson Project is a plan to renovate and revitalize an often forgotten area of Downtown Bay City. With an art and technology center, event space, and outdoor sculpture garden, The Jefferson Project will make Downtown Bay City a destination, and a place for people to invest in and foster their community.
